1. Scope and acceptance

By using this website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, reservation, Pre-Bid or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. A separate signed sale agreement, order, invoice, reservation document or auction rule may also apply and will govern the specific transaction where relevant.

2. Vehicles and services

KRO Auto offers vehicles and related automotive services, including vehicle presentation, sourcing, sale, reservation, auction and Pre-Bid functionality where available. Vehicle descriptions, mileage, equipment, images and availability are presented in good faith. Customers should review the specific vehicle documentation and condition before concluding a purchase.

3. Availability and commercial terms

Website content is informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability may change before a transaction is concluded. The binding price and commercial conditions are those confirmed by KRO Auto in the relevant order, invoice, reservation document, auction documentation or sale agreement.

4. Orders and contract formation

An enquiry, account registration, reservation request or Pre-Bid does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability or conclude a sale unless KRO Auto expressly confirms otherwise. KRO Auto may request identification, source-of-funds or other compliance information where required by law, payment providers or compliance procedures.

5. Payments

Available payment methods may include bank transfer, card payment and, where enabled, Crypto.com Pay or other third-party payment providers. The applicable payment method is shown or communicated before payment.

Where Crypto.com Pay is used, the payment is processed by Crypto.com and/or its relevant regulated entities under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. LK LUXURY CARS S.R.L. remains the merchant/seller responsible for the vehicle or service, customer support, contractual performance and any refund, warranty or conformity obligation applicable to the transaction.

6. Digital-asset payments

If a customer elects to pay using a supported digital asset through an approved payment provider, conversion and settlement are performed according to the rate and mechanics displayed by that provider. KRO Auto does not provide investment, exchange, custody or financial advice. Digital assets are accepted only as a payment method for bona fide goods or services.

7. Delivery and transfer

Delivery, collection, transfer of title, registration/export documents and transport arrangements are governed by the relevant sale documentation and applicable law. Customers must provide accurate identification, billing and registration information.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the type and status of the transaction, any reservation terms and mandatory Romanian/EU law. Specific deposit or reservation conditions will be disclosed before payment or in the relevant transaction documents.

Where a refund is legally due or contractually approved, KRO Auto will arrange it through an appropriate method, normally linked to the original payment channel where reasonably possible. A payment provider may apply its own supported refund currency, conversion process, processing times or technical rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Warranty and conformity

Any statutory conformity right, warranty or commercial warranty applicable to a vehicle is governed by the sale documentation and mandatory law. Used vehicles may show wear consistent with age, mileage and prior use. Nothing on this website excludes mandatory consumer-protection rights.

10. Auctions and Pre-Bid

Additional auction-specific rules may apply. A Pre-Bid is an offer submitted before the live auction and is subject to the rules, confirmation, availability and acceptance process displayed for the relevant vehicle or auction.

11. Customer responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Use the website and payment methods only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt fraud, unauthorized payments or interference with website systems.
• Review vehicle-specific documents and transaction conditions before purchase.

12. Website and intellectual property

KRO Auto may update or temporarily suspend website functionality when reasonably necessary. KRO Auto names, logos, design, photographs and proprietary content may not be copied or reused except where permitted by law or authorized.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KRO Auto is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, third-party network failures or payment-provider outages. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by applicable Romanian law, without affecting mandatory Romanian and European Union consumer rights.
